I have always been a builder. From as far back as I can remember, I have enjoyed creating and developing things, whether it was plastic airplane models as a young boy, a curriculum promoting financial literacy, or in my professional life, building organizations, departments, teams, relationships, and portfolios. Throughout my life, my natural inclination to build has been front and center, enabling me to positively impact my company, colleagues, and community.

Today as a forward-looking executive with Mariner and board director, I design, build, and execute organization-wide strategies that elevate financial performance, employee engagement, and client acquisition. Through transformational influence, I develop solutions that manifest in industry-leading growth and am adept at inspiring teams around shared vision and goals. By blending subject matter knowledge, strategic thinking, and creativity with engaging interpersonal style, unyielding integrity, collaboration, and community participation, I deliver results in key areas of executive acumen, revenue growth, strategic vision, and leadership development.
