With a professional background deeply rooted in service and care, Carmalitia brings both compassion and dedication to her role as an Advocate Mentor at Real Champions Inc. Prior to joining RCI, she worked as a behavior technician, supporting children on the autism spectrum through personalized, patient-centered care. She is also certified in multiple healthcare disciplines—including CNA, phlebotomy, EKG, and pharmacy technology—demonstrating her lifelong commitment to helping others thrive.
Carmalitia was drawn to RCI because of its mission to uplift youth through mentorship, advocacy, and meaningful connection. She finds the greatest joy in seeing the spark of confidence grow in the young people she mentors, and believes that showing up consistently with empathy and encouragement can change lives!
