Keyeria Sanders

Advocate Mentor

Keyeria Sanders began her work with Real Champions, Inc in December of 2025. She previously worked with Polaris Tech Charter school as a paraprofessional. Keyeria has extensive experience helping implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans under teacher directions and monitor student behavior to determine positive behavior strategies. She also worked with teachers to assist with classroom management, organization, and preparation of instructional materials. She is also an asset to RCI for her ability to assist individual students or small groups with academic tasks, skill development, and learning goals. Keyeria is a passionate mentor focused on supporting individuals through guidance, empowerment, and purposeful leadership. With a strong commitment to personal development and community impact, I work to uplift others by providing mentorship, advocacy, and resources that foster confidence, resilience, and long-term success. My mission is to create safe, supportive spaces where individuals feel seen, heard, and equipped to thrive.

She is currently enrolled at USC Salkehatchie majoring in Early Childhood development.

Keyeria believes in the work at RCI because everyone deserves someone who sees their potential and stands beside them as they grow.
