Tiffany M. Young is a visionary public health executive with more than 15 years of experience leading transformative initiatives to advance health equity and strengthen communities. As the Founder and CEO of The Young Impact Group, LLC, a consultancy dedicated to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in public health and organizational practice, Tiffany partners with government agencies, philanthropic organizations, and nonprofit and corporate clients to drive systemic change. Her leadership has guided multimillion-dollar projects, fostered cross-sector collaborations, and delivered measurable improvements in health outcomes nationwide.
An expert in health equity, cultural intelligence, and capacity building, Tiffany has developed and facilitated training programs that empower leaders and communities to embed equitable practices into their work. Her impact extends to national initiatives with organizations such as the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors, where she led teams focused on chronic disease prevention, diabetes education, and colorectal cancer screening. She has also served in key leadership roles with the Society for Public Health Education and HCD International, advancing maternal health, disease prevention, and community wellness efforts.
Tiffany is a certified facilitator in Cultural Intelligence (CQ) and an author of several influential frameworks and guides, including Elevating Health Equity Through Parks and Recreation (NRPA, 2021) and Social Justice Framework for Public Health Professionals (NACDD, 2023). Her forthcoming publication, Anti-Racism in Clinical Settings: An Implementation Guide (2025), reflects her ongoing commitment to dismantling racial inequities in healthcare.
A graduate of the University of Maryland, Baltimore, with dual master’s degrees in Public Health and Social Work, Tiffany also holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from Geneva College. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Healthy Savannah, continuing her lifelong dedication to improving community health and building a more just and equitable society.
