Direct Child & Family Care
Make a lasting, direct impact on the lives of our kids and families throughout the year.
Read with children, provide homework help, chaperone field trips, or coach families in workforce development.

Summer Camp 2026
Join our high-energy seasonal team to give children an unforgettable summer break.
Lead camp activities, manage logistics, chaperone outdoor trips, or provide daily meals and snacks for campers.
High impact, short-term (Next few weeks only).
Support & Administration
Help us empower our mentors and optimize operations from the Champion House.
Provide office assistance, help with mass mailings, handle landscaping/cleaning, or assist with large fundraising events.

Step One: Complete the Volunteer Intake Form
Begin your journey by filling out our volunteer intake form. This is your first step towards becoming a vital part of our community, where every bit of help counts.
Step Two: Complete a Background Check
Safety is our priority. By completing a background check, you help us ensure a secure and supportive environment for the children and families we serve.
Step Three: Complete RCI Orientation
Join us for an enriching orientation session, where you’ll learn about our mission, values, and the crucial role volunteers play in our programs. This 90-minute session will equip you with everything you need to start making a difference.
Step Four: Change The Lives of Children
This is where the magic happens. As a volunteer, you’ll have the opportunity to spend quality time with children and their families, becoming a beacon of hope and support in their lives.
