Amanda Moehlenpah

Executive Assistant/Grant Administrator

Amanda Moehlenpah is one of the “further afield” members of Real Champions, joining as remote staff in 2023 from St. Louis, MO. She is not without her connection to the Carolinas, however. After receiving a double B.A. in American Studies and French from Lindenwood University (2012) and an M.A. in French from Saint Louis University (2015), Amanda completed her PhD in French and Francophone Studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. A passionate educator, researcher, and writer with over ten years of experience, Amanda’s career has been dedicated to reaching the next generation and establishing cross-cultural connections through teaching and the arts. She believes in the work at RCI because of its effectiveness at intervening when children are most vulnerable and impacting their futures for good. 

Amanda is a former classical ballerina and remains active in the field of Dance Studies as an internationally-recognized scholar and author.
