KHADASHIA MCMILLIAN
Lead Advocate, Jasper County
Enrollment Specialist
KhaDashia McMillian has been a part of the RCI Team since 2020, but she is no stranger to the Lowcountry. Born and raised in Charleston, she moved to Beaufort shortly after graduating from Garrett Academy of Technology (2016) to continue her studies in Human Services (2020) at USC-Beaufort. She will complete her Master’s in Social Work at Savannah State University in May, 2024. Helping others in every way possible has always defined KhaDashia’s life, leading her to work with many organizations including AmeriCorps, United Way of the Lowcountry, and the Beaufort County Foster Parents Association. She has been recognized for her dedication by the National Honors Society of Leadership and Success and the Chi Nu Chapter of the Tau Upsilon Alpha National Organization for Human Services Honor Society. She also received the Outstanding Student of the Year Award in Human Services in 2020. For KhaDashia, young people are our future, but they need tremendous support and resources to be successful. This is why she believes in the work at RCI and in championing the next generation as they begin their life journies.
KhaDashia is a very proud “auntie” and loves spending time with all the children in her life—family and friends.
