All participants, affiliates, and website users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Real Champions, its officers, directors, trustees, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from participation in our programs or use of our platforms.

Intellectual Property & Brand Protection

All curriculum, training guides, branding, logos, trademarks, and multimedia assets are the sole and exclusive proprietary property of Real Champions. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, sharing, or commercial exploitation of any Real Champions materials is strictly prohibited and subject to full civil and criminal prosecution under international copyright laws.

Data Rights & Access Requests
